Petroleum Safety Training

This ENFORM course is required by many Oil and Gas companies before a new hire is allowed onto the lease.

This is a computer based course which takes the student through such things as:

• Regulations
• WHMIS
• Personal Protective Equipment
• Hazard Recognition & Control
• Work Procedures
• Safety Communications
• Industry Specific Optional Modules
• Now includes CSTS

           H2S Alive

This one day ENFORM course is intended for all workers in the petroleum industry who could be exposed to hydrogen sulphide (H2S) gas. The primary focus is to provide generic H2S course content to help workers work safely in and around H2S environments.

Each student will use a SCBA and a detector tube device as well as perform CPR and rescue lift and drag excercises.

Cost: $200.00 (tax exempt)

Duration: 8 hours

Certification: 3 years

   Global Ground Disturbance

       Level II - Supervisory

Level II is designed for any party that is supervising a ground disturbance, independently performing a ground disturbance or issuing and receiving  ground disturbance permits.

Level II is the standardized program recognized by industry regulators. Participants learn how to clarify sources when searching for underground facilities, provide notification to the facility owner and receive owner notification. They also gain an understanding of the necessary approvals/crossing agreements and regulations before creating a ground disturbance.

Duration: 6.5 hours

Certification: 3 years
